General conditions of sales

General terms and conditions for online sale

1. General

These general conditions of sale (hereinafter GTC) apply to any purchase of products or services made by a customer on the website lavorent.ch

The images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the contractual conditions.

Lavorent SA declines all responsibility for any errors or omissions related to the drawings, images, or diagrams.

Lavorent SA and its partners reserve the right to modify the GTC at any time. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be changed unilaterally for this order. The GTC are available in German, French, and English.  In case of discrepancies, the French version shall prevail.

All products and services offered on the website are intended exclusively for customers whose domicile/registered office is in Switzerland.

2. Scope of application

Lavorent AG and its partners will process your order in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale in force at the time of the order. You have the option of printing the text of the conditions. Lavorent SA does not recognize any provisions other than those contained herein.

3. Rates and deposits

The applicable rates are defined by Lavorent SA.

The prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Swiss francs only. They include all taxes (VAT). All orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs. Lavorent SA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the prices invoiced to the customer for the products delivered are those in force on the date of the order and which appear on the order confirmation.

A deposit is required for rechargeable cards and badges. This deposit is refunded at the user’s request. It will be returned by bank transfer upon receipt of the said card or badge at the Lavorent SA sales office in a padded envelope.

In the event of loss, the deposit cannot be returned and the acquisition of a new card or badge will require a new deposit.

If the card is damaged, the client may request an exchange from the LAVORENT SA sales office. Lavorent SA  reserves the right to refuse this exchange if the damage is of external origin and due to improper use.

If it is not possible to check the balance on the card or badge due to the malfunction, Lavorent SA may issue an estimate of the remaining credit.

4. Conclusion of the purchase contract

The products and prices published in the online shop constitute an offer. However, this is always subject to the condition that delivery is possible or that the price indicated (by Lavorent SA) is free of errors.

The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the customer places an order with Lavorent SA. Receipt of the order is confirmed to the customer by an automatically generated e-mail sent to the address provided by the customer. The automatically generated order confirmation e-mail does not constitute a guarantee of availability or delivery. It only indicates to the customer that Lavorent SA has received the order and that the purchase contract has been concluded, provided that the price indicated is in line with the price of the items ordered and that delivery is possible.

5. Order

An order shall only become final after it has been accepted by Lavorent SA. The sending of the order to the customer implies the latter’s acceptance of these GTC in their entirety. Lavorent SA reserves the right to refuse a customer’s order without justification.

The customer is responsible for the choice of the card ordered: he is obliged to check which card corresponds to his laundry.

6. Execution of the order

Lavorent NV shall execute the order according to the main elements given by the customer through our online Shop. Lavorent SA will confirm the order by electronic mail. The confirmation contains the essential elements of the order. The customer must check that the order does not contain any clerical or calculation errors and that the prices and its contents are in accordance with the order. In the event of errors, the customer must inform Lavorent SA immediately by contacting info@lavorent.ch

7. Delivery

The articles are supplied within the limits of available stock. They are sent to the address indicated on the order. Please note that only orders placed before 10:00 a.m., Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be sent the same day by A Mail.

We only deliver cards within Switzerland.

8. Shipping costs

9. Terms of payment

Payment is made through the PostFinance checkout. Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, and American Express), by E-Finance and PostFinance Card, and by Twint.

All details of payments made via PostFinance Checkout or Stripe are secure and encrypted, and therefore confidential. Items ordered are payable in advance.

10. Return of goods and delivery delays

For returns, please contact Lavorent SA at info@lavorent.ch. We will consider them on a case-by-case basis. The customer has a period of 10 days from receipt of the order to submit his request. Lavorent SA will only accept unused material. In the event of an error on our part, Lavorent SA is responsible for the shipping costs.

The customer is required to report any orders not received within 8 working days of the order date by email to info@lavorent.ch or by telephone at 058 387 70 70

No returns or refunds will be made in the event of the user moving house or the termination of the contract by the management.

In the event of a change of meter initiated by Lavorent SA, the user may claim a right to exchange his cards. The remaining credit will be deducted from the purchase of the new card.

The delivered items remain the property of Lavorent SA until full payment of the amount due.

12. Data security
